Estuda a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da analogia, dos costumes e dos Princ\u00edpios Gerais do Direito. Analisa todos os m\u00e9todos de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o: o gramatical, o l\u00f3gico, o sistem\u00e1tico, o hist\u00f3rico<br>e o sociol\u00f3gico.<br>Palavras-chave: Direito da Minera\u00e7\u00e3o; meios de integra\u00e7\u00e3o; m\u00e9todos de interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Abstract<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This article addresses a subject that has never been studied: the application of means of integration and methods of interpretation applied to Mining Law.<br>It studies the application of analogy, customs and the General Principles of Law.
