REGULAMENTA OS PROCEDIMENTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS PARA CELEBRA\u00c7\u00c3O DE TERMO DE COMPROMISSO PARA CUMPRIMENTO DAS OBRIGA\u00c7\u00d5ES RELACIONADAS A \u201cCOMPENSA\u00c7\u00c3O AMBIENTAL SNUC\u201d NAS UNIDADES DE CONSERVA\u00c7\u00c3O INSTITU\u00cdDAS PELA UNI\u00c3O.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, em 24 de agosto de 2023, a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 08\/GABIN\/ICMBIO\/2023, que regulamenta os procedimentos administrativos para a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de termo de compromisso para cumprimento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas \u00e0 compensa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental de que trata o art. 36 da Lei n\u00ba 9.985, de 18 de julho de 2000, a forma como se dar\u00e1 a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos, no \u00e2mbito das Unidades de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o institu\u00eddas pela Uni\u00e3o e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A presente Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa revoga a IN ICMBio n\u00ba 07\/2020.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta instru\u00e7\u00e3o normativa entrar\u00e1 em vigor no dia 1\u00ba de setembro de 2023.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A \u00edntegra da norma pode ser consultada por meio deste <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/instrucao-normativa-n-8\/gabin\/icmbio-de-23-de-agosto-de-2023-505140240\">link.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FEDERAL.
