In his opinion, Brazil is enduring a period of regulatory instability, and there is an intense debate about the proposed new Mining Code across the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Bill presented by the government contains several violations of rights, and this aggravates the overall scenario of legal and institutional insecurity.
