{"id":286,"date":"2013-05-27T06:56:05","date_gmt":"2013-05-27T09:56:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/&#038;p=286"},"modified":"2026-06-09T18:24:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T18:24:02","slug":"nova-portaria-do-dnpm-sobre-prazo-de-alvara-de-pesquisa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adz.technology\/demarest\/nova-portaria-do-dnpm-sobre-prazo-de-alvara-de-pesquisa\/","title":{"rendered":"Nova portaria do DNPM sobre prazo de Alvar\u00e1 de Pesquisa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>DEPARTAMENTO NACIONAL DE PRODU\u00c7\u00c3O&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>MINERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PORTARIA No- 220, DE 23 DE MAIO DE 2013&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>DOU de 27\/05\/2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao art. 3\u00ba da Portaria&nbsp;DNPM n\u00ba 392, de 21 de dezembro de 2004,&nbsp;publicada no D.O.U. de 22 de dezembro de&nbsp;2004.<\/p>\n<p>O DIRETOR-GERAL DO DEPARTAMENTO NACIONAL&nbsp;DE PRODU\u00c7\u00c3O MINERAL &#8211; DNPM, no uso da compet\u00eancia que&nbsp;lhe confere o Decreto n\u00ba 7.092, de 2 de fevereiro de 2010, publicado&nbsp;no D.O.U. de 3 de fevereiro de 2010, bem como a Portaria MME n\u00ba&nbsp;247, de 8 de abril de 2011, publicada no D.O.U. de 11 de abril de&nbsp;2011 e considerando o disposto no art. 22, inciso III, do C\u00f3digo de&nbsp;Minera\u00e7\u00e3o, resolve:<\/p>\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba O art. 3\u00ba da Portaria DNPM n\u00ba 392, de 21 de dezembro&nbsp;de 2004, publicada no D.O.U. de 22 de dezembro de 2004,&nbsp;passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8221; Art. 3\u00ba O prazo de vig\u00eancia da autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de pesquisa&nbsp;<\/em><em>ser\u00e1 de 01 (um) a 3 (tr\u00eas) anos, consideradas as caracter\u00edsticas&nbsp;<\/em><em>especiais da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea e da pesquisa mineral objetivada.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba.
